This league compromises of 16 teams with 8 teams playing on Tuesday evenings and 8 on Wednesday evenings. There are 10 overs per side and the teams consist of 11 players per side. There are 4 matches each day, starting at 5:30 pm, 6:45pm, 8:00 pm and 9:15 pm. The last match is played under flood lights. A new white ball is used for each match. The league will run for 14 weeks. The top four of each group will go to the Finals day week.
